Friday 24th April 2020

Happy Friday 3N!

It's the end of the week, so no more learning until Monday when you get these activities done!

Miss North: Yesterday, I was very busy planning lots of RE and Maths activities for when we all get back to school. It feels strange planning lots of fun things, when we don't know when we'll be back, but I want to be prepared. I can't wait to see you all when we are back!

Mrs Buttery: It is Friday!! I've been busy at home working on planning for when we finally get back to school and doing some more online learning. How are you all?

Scroll down to see your daily afternoon work. Make sure that you click your groups folder to do the correct work.

If you work with Miss Johnson, please use the work from the folder below:

Song of the Day!

Fun Friday!

Today's song is called 'The Bonkers Song' and I have to say, it definitely is bonkers! Grab your mum, dad, brothers or sisters and try singing all the different parts together! I tried it with Daniel, and we couldn't stop laughing whilst we were doing it, so it's great fun!

This afternoon I would like you to complete the final part of out Stop Motion Animation task. Today, you are going to write up your adventure story. You may choose to write it on the scroll template I have attached, or in your exercise book, alternatively you may choose to type it up. I would love to hear some of your stories, why not record yourself reading it and send a copy to me.

Finally, I would like you to do something active today. You may choose Joe Wicks or you may prefer to do something else. Go noodle has lots of videos and Mrs Martin found a fab link to some PE activities with lots of ideas for family activities, so you may wish to look on there. You could even just kick a ball around in your garden if you have the space. Just be active. It is good for your body and your mind. Make sure you spend at least 30 minutes doing something active.

If you fancy a bit of fun after all that hard work, Mrs Garside found a 'mail a hug' idea and I thought it was super lovely. The idea is you think of someone you are missing or who is missing you and you make a hug (see picture below).

Then on your daily walk pop it in the postbox to arrive with whoever you can not go and see. I think some of you will get really creative with this one. If you want to send me pictures I would love to see them.

As always; stay safe, keep smiling and we'll see you soon!

P.S. Mrs Norris and Miss Johnson told me to say hi!
