Miss North: It's the end of our first week of working from home, and it’s been a strange one. I still haven’t gotten used to the fact that I can’t see all your lovely faces everyday! The weather has been so amazing and has put me in a really good mood though and I hope you're enjoying it too. I think my cat, George, is enjoying it!
Yesterday I spent most of my day planning activities for when you all come back to school, as well as building some furniture in the garden. It took a long time as I didn’t read the instructions properly, silly Miss North! I can’t wait to see you all again so that you can tell me all the things that you’ve been up to!
Mrs Buttery: I am writing this on Thursday evening, I've had a lovely day at home with George today while Mr Buttery worked upstairs.
The weather has been beautiful again but George refused to get dressed so we didn't go out. I decided I'd make the most of it and completed a pilates class while George sat watching. He kept laughing at me, I don't know what it was that he was finding funny.
When Mr Buttery finished working today, we all went outside and played in the garden. George and I watched this today and went hunting minibeasts. I'll post on the Facebook page what we found.
Today we are holding a KS2 girls vs boys TT Rockstars battle of the bands. It will start at 9 am and finish at 3pm, the winner is the Band with the most correct answers. Teachers are included, so let’s see who is going to win! I’ll definitely be joining in! Every class in year 3 to year 6 will be joining in. We are the youngest, but let’s show them we are the best!
Who will win, boys or girls?

As always, remember to wake your body up with Joe Wick’s PE lesson. This is 30 minutes and can be found at The Body Coach on YouTube. I’ve seen lots and lots of children joining in online, it’s great fun!
Oti Mabuse is still running her dance classes on Facebook. I must admit, I wasn’t very good at this, but I’m going to keep trying!
NEWS JUST IN! Max Whitlock, a gold medal gymnast, is going to be doing a LIVE gymnastics session at 3.30pm on Tuesday’s and Friday’s, starting next week. I know we’ve got some amazing gymnasts in our class so get practicing!
This afternoon, I would like you to do another activity from your topic grid. The 'invent your own Greek God/Goddess' sounds fun! I think I might even join in and create my own. To find out click the link below to see the topic grid.
Remember, you can still do some computing, to complete your game. They’re looking good!
I hope that you have an amazing weekend, whatever you’re doing, and we’ll speak again on Monday!
Like always; Stay safe, keep smiling and I’ll see you soon!
