Friday 3rd April 2020

Good morning 5/6AA, today is the last day before the Easter holiday starts so I won't be putting any work online for the next two weeks.  In the Maths folder there are lots of arithmetic tests that you can do during the break.  In the reading folder there are some reading tests - there are three documents for each test; the booklet to read, the answer booklet, which you write your answers in, and then the mark scheme.  There are also some SPAG tests in the English folder, as well as a list of all the spellings.  There are a lot of activities to do for the topic section today.  You don't have to do them all today, they are to keep you entertained over the Easter holiday.

I hope you all have a wonderful Easter even though it will be very different this year.  I will be thinking of all of you.  Please look after yourselves and your families.

Here are your tasks for today:

Whole class

Please write your diary entry for yesterday.  I would like you to continue writing your diary entries everyday during the Easter holiday. Remember to explain how you are feeling so try to use adjectives that describe your emotions, for example anxious, grumpy and hopeful.

There is also an Easter stories starter file.  There are four story starters, use these to help you write your own stories.  This doesn't need to be done today - do it during the holiday.

Here are some activities to keep you busy during the Easter break.  I hope you enjoy them.
