Friday 3rd April 2020
Miss North: It has been a strange couple of weeks and now we’ve come to the end of the spring term at school. I miss you all very much!
It’s been weird not seeing all of you lovely faces every morning and not knowing when we’ll be back at school, but the most important thing is that we stay safe right now. I have heard from lots of you by email and phone call, and it has been amazing being able to chat to you and find out what you are all getting up to at home.
If you haven’t emailed me yet to say hi, you can email me on:
Mrs Buttery: It is Friday of your second week of no school. How are you? I'm finding the lack of routine tricky. I like to get up for work, come and see all of your smiling faces, then come home to spend the evening with Mr Buttery and George. Instead, I'm stuck at home missing you all. I think it is even harder because we don't know when life will go back to normal. I hope you are all making the most of these strange circumstances.
IT’S BATTLE DAY! Teachers vs. children!
Yesterday I spent my day practicing for the TT Rockstar Battle. I am currently at 1.58 seconds, and I’m trying DESPERATELY to get even faster!
I hope to see you all there! It is on between 12pm and 3pm. You can play on any mode, as it's the correct answers that you get that scores the points.
Who will win?

Remember! You have Joe Wick’s PE session to do every morning at 9am and David Walliam’s story session at 11am.
Complete day 5 of your blog/diary. I have attached my day 1 blog below for you to have a look at for inspiration. Remember you can write it like a diary on what you have done in the day. I would love it if you would email me some, so I can hear all about what you guys have been up to.
Enjoy a healthy lunch and a break with your family.
This afternoon I would like to spend some time doing some Easter Art. I have attached a document with some ideas which you can try or you can work on your own ideas. Please send me photographs of your finished work. I love to see it. Thank you to those children who have already send me pictures.
I would like to wish you all a very happy Easter. Enjoy relaxing and spending time together. Make the most of all this family time.
I miss you all lots!
Like always; Stay safe, keep smiling and I’ll see you soon!
For the next 2 weeks, Mrs Buttery and I won’t be putting daily tasks on here as it’s the Easter Holidays, however if you’re wanting to keep yourself busy, all the activities will be staying up for you to look through and complete any that you have missed.
Below, is a grid of fun activities that I found, which you could do at home with your families. There are fun activities like ‘making a den in your house or garden using fabric, cushions etc.’ or ‘paint rocks and turn them into rock pets’.
