Remember that from Wednesday, we will be moving onto a different system called TEAMS. You should have received your log in details for this last Friday. You should have also received your school report. Please email me if you have not received these:
You will be emailed a link today to show you how to access this new system.
Just a little note about technology: whatever devices you have please make sure that they have had any necessary updates. Also, if you download PowerPoint from the App Store or Google Play, you will be able to see the PowerPoint presentations properly when you download and open them. On some, you will even hear us reading to you.
Here are your activities for today:
Please click the correct folder:
Your spelling tests are also saved in this folder.
Please complete today's spelling test.
In today's lesson you're going to be learning how to answer a sequencing question. This is one of the hardest things that you are asked to do for KS1 Reading.
Print out the sheet (if you can).
Work through this PowerPoint:
Here is your sequencing task:
Here is today's Flashback:
Click this link and choose ordering 1 - 20.
Put the numbers in order to piece together the caterpillar's body.
Today we are going to count backwards to subtract.
When counting backwards, it is important to put the start number in our head first, then count backwards. Do not include the starting number when you count back.
Let's look at 5 - 3.
You would put 5 in your head, then count backwards and say 4, 3, 2.
Your answer would then be 2.
Watch this video and pause it when directed to. Your task is below.
Here is your Now Try This challenge to finish with.
You have 3 English PowerPoints to work through. (We've had to split them up as the files were too big for the website. It's because I have recorded them with me speaking on them!)
Make sure your sound is turned on.
In today's lesson we're going to be learning about dates and timelines.
Look through this PowerPoint:
Put these events into order starting with the earliest to the most recent.
In RE this half term, we are going to learn what it means to belong to a Mosque or Church.

Please can you ask your parents to email me - if they haven't already done so - to let me know that they have received your school report that was sent on Friday. It's important that we can keep in touch by email.
Here is my email again: email@example.com
Speak to you tomorrow!
