Monday 27th April
Hello hello hello!
Welcome to Monday!
Sending best wishes to all our families and children who are celebrating the month of Ramadan. I hope you all have a happy, peaceful, safe and blessed month. Ramadan Mubarak to you all!
How was your weekend? We've had such excellent sunshine! We have loved it.
What have we been up to?
Miss Day: On Friday I was in school all day and we were working in our classroom with some children. It was nice to be in our classroom but I missed the noise of you all being there too.
The weather on Saturday was AMAZING! So we blew up our paddling pool and all got in. We loved splashing and baby Nora sang 'row, row, row your boat' so many times. Holly taught her to scream when you say; 'If you see a crocodile, don't forget to scream!'. It's so funny!
On Sunday we spent lots of time with the chickens. Drawing them, letting them explore and teaching them to stand on our arms and heads! Poppy and Rosie are starting to look like real hens now!
How was your weekend?
Mrs Atkinson: I have had a lovely weekend in the sun. We got out paddling pool out on Friday. Iris loved splashing about in it throughout the day. Unfortunately it’s only a small one so there was no room for me. I did dip my feet in though!
My sister is having a baby soon so we had a little baby shower party for her over a video chat. It was very strange having a party when everyone is on their own at home! It was lovely to see her opening some presents and we even did a quiz too.
