Good morning 5/6AA. I hope you have all had a good weekend and that boredom hasn't set in yet. Here are your tasks for today:
Go to whiterosemaths.com - home learning - year 5 - week 2. Watch the video for lesson 1 (step 6 - rounding decimals). Then answer the questions on the worksheet. (You can get the worksheet by clicking under get the activity.) When you have finished you can check your answers.
Read the text and then answer the questions at the end.
For the rest of this week you are going to write a diary. You will write an entry for each day. I would like you to tell me how you have spent your day. Below you will find some examples of diary entries and a checklist that you need to follow. Today you will write your diary entry for yesterday (so it will need to be written in the past tense), tomorrow you will write your diary entry for today and so on.

For the rest of this week you are going to be writing a diary. A diary is a record of what you have done that day but you can also write about how you felt. Today you are going to write about what you did yesterday. Start by telling writing about what you did when you woke up and end with what you did before you went to bed. Explain how the things that you did made you feel. Click on the files below to read an example and to get a checklist of things to include.
