Good morning 3N and happy Monday!

Miss North: I had a very relaxed weekend which was lovely. On Saturday, I spent some time doing some exercise in the morning as I've hired a mini trampoline so I can start doing my Boogie Bounce lessons again. I then spent the afternoon watching TV with my family. On Sunday, I stayed in my pj's ALL DAY and watched lots of movies, which was lovely. In the evening, we did a big family quiz on FaceTime, we even had a question on Roman's, which I'm sure you guys would've been able to answer. It was what did Roman's use as toilet roll? Can you remember?

Mrs Buttery: Good morning everyone! How are you all? I have enjoyed a lovely family filled weekend with Mr B and George. We spent Saturday in the garden and George was using his toy lawnmower to cut the grass. Then on Sunday we had a chilled out day at home watching movies and playing with George's toys.

Song of the day!

Move-it Monday!

Jam-packed with actions and missing words, this brain-teaser will have you clapping, stamping, jumping, wriggling and nodding, but can you do it all in the right places?

Digital!

I would like you to watch the video on BBC Bitesize about the digital revolution.

It talks about why and how the digital revolution happened, what life was like before the digital revolution, and wonders what life will be like in another 50 years.

The video also considers the impact the digital revolution has had on children like online bullying.

Answer the questions about the video:

  1. What is the digital revolution?
  2. How has the digital revolution changed lives?
  3. How would life be different without the digital revolution?

I want you to think about how your life could have been different if the digital discoveries of the last 50 years had not been made. Imagine what your life would be like without technology? No TV. No Computers. No games consoles. No mobile phones!!

Now think about what developments will happen next. Will cars float on water to travel as boats? Will we be able to smell through our phones?

Create a poster on a new development that you think will happen, or that you would like to happen.

Finally, get active. You might go for a walk with your family, play football in your garden or dance to some music as it is good for you body and mind.

Stay safe, keep smiling and I'll see you soon!

Love from Miss North (and Mrs Buttery, Mrs Norris and Miss Johnson)
