Wednesday 14th October

As it was Mental Health Awareness day last week and we were all away from school I decided we would do some work on emotions and feelings this afternoon. 

 

We all experience a wide variety of feelings. It is perfectly normal to feel sad, angry and upset at times but it is important that you are able to talk to a grown up to help you if you feel this way. 

 

Watch the powerpoint showing the different emotions and then have a go at the activity drawing the faces and using words to describe how the people are feeling.

This afternoon I would like you to get active as a healthy body makes a healthy mind.
