Wednesday 22nd April 2020

Hello my lovelies and happy Wednesday!

Miss North: I hope you're all okay. We have made it to Wednesday, half way through the 'working week' and each day is bringing us closer to eventually coming back to school (whenever that may be). I spent my day doing my own online learning and also planning lots of fun lessons for when we are back at school. What have you been up to?

Mrs Buttery: Good morning! Today I have been busy also doing my own online learning and putting together Topic booklets for Year 6. Every day I look forward to seeing you all back in school, happy and learning. Hopefully it won't be for too much longer. Have you done anything interesting this week?

Song of the Day!

Wellbeing Wednesday

Today's song is called I'm OK! It sings about being happy with yourself, even though we are all different. I think it's great and stuck in my head for a long time when I first heard it.

Here is the challenge to go with it (it sounds like great fun!)...

Ramadan Celebrations

As it is Ramadan this week, and a large amount of families will be celebrating this, I thought it would be nice to design and make our own lanterns.

It doesn't have to be Ramadan themed if you don't want, you can make your own design/pattern. You can make it as bright and colourful as you wish! I look forward to seeing some pictures

Here are the instructions, however, I have also attached a template if you want to print one off instead. This is at the bottom of the page.

Stop animation task

I would like you to work on the next set of activities related to our Stop Motion Animation task. Today you are going to make your movie! You can make these as detailed and exciting as you like. There is a video to help show you what to do. The instructions are all included in the link below.

As always; stay safe, keep smiling and we'll see you soon!
